Co prawda definicji słownikowej nie znalazłam, ale z guglowania wychodzi, że to określenie na bardzo dobre wyniki, wysoką pozycję w rankingach itd. Jest też "off the charts" w sensie: spaść z listy przebojów, ale w daje mi się, że w Twoim zdaniu chodzi zdecydowanie o znaczenie pozytywne.
