| Término o frase en inglés: AADT | Company XXX hereby confirms that its place of residence in the meaning of the appropriate agreement between the Government of Poland and Great Britain and Northern Ireland (AADT) is located in the UK, as a proof of which, prior to term of first payment, for services hereunder, Company XXX shall provide COMPANY with an appropriate Certificate of Residency issued by the relevant tax authorities.
If COMPANY will be lawfully obliged to withhold income tax, [in respect only of charges for services provided hereunder], COMPANY shall be allowed to collect such a tax and deduct it from [such payment for services] due to Company XXX according to Polish tax regulations and AADT. |
