This is telling people (1) not to leave their personal items on the wrap counter, which normally means a surface in a retail store on which items are wrapped, but instead (2) to secure those personal items (to keep them safe, probably in a locked cupboard or behind a locked door, so that they can't be stolen) in the office. So the hyphen between "counter" and "secure" should really be a dash. |
