Hola,

Estoy traduciendo un informe de terapia ocupacional de una niña a la que le diagnosticaron "multiple disabilities" y pone que:

"She presents with an emerging raking grasp".

He estado buscando y he encontrado que se define como un tipo de prensión en la que intervienen todos los dedos, menos el pulgar. Es decir, no es lo mismo que "pincer grasp", ya que, según lo que he encontrado, en "pincer grasp" se coordina el movimiento del índice y el pulgar para sostener los objetos.

¿Alguien me puede orientar o dar alguna idea de cuál es el equivalente en español?
