This is an interview with a nurse in a Colombian hospital commenting on the improvements to the facilities made by Doctors without Borders. I'm unsure as to the meaning of "era asado" here- does it refer to temperature? Or the fact that the delivery room was busy...? Any help would be appreciated!

Así y asá en México significa de este modo y del otro, sin embargo en el diccionario no se encuentra asá con relación a así. ¿Ustedes conocen o usan dicha expresión?

Fri, 24 Nov 06 09:18 PM Por España y mas concretamente por el sureste que es de donde yo soy, se dice "así y asado" y quiere decir exactamente lo mismo que tu has dicho, que es "de esta forma y de la otra".

Lo de "así y asá" no lo he oido nunca, pero podría ser que el asá sea una abreviación de asado.

Anteriormente "eso era así, eso era asado": simplemente decían cómo debían hacerse las cosas sin mucha consideración ni detenimiento.
Así lo entiendo yo.
