Hi there

can someone help? I'm translating a commercial lease into Spanish and I have a doubt:

"Tenant shall pay a monthly rental of X per (parking) space throughout the term of the Lease. Such rental shall be due and payable each month without demand at the time herein set for the payment of other monthly rentals, in addition to such other rentals."

So, according to this, the Tenant has to pay for the parking space every month BUT that doesn't mean he has to pay for other things (i.e. flat rent) at the same time? or it doesn't mean that he has to pay for future rentals of the parking space or what? and how does the ending clause relate to the rest?

if you want to come up with a translation instead of an explanation, that is certainly welcome.

Asker: Hi, thanks for your answer, every little helps. According to you, it means that the tenant has to pay for both the parking space and the flat at the same time... but it says "without demand at the time..." on the original so, shouldn't it be the opposite? thks
