I know that AT is inserted automatically in any target segment, but when you forcibly type in your own translation, can you use a keyboard shortcut to insert AT right after the words you have just typed?
Thank you!

Hello! As mentioned above. But you have to insert your own things afterward, because the shortcut deletes what is already in the segment.

AutoHotkey

Your best bet would be to write an AutoHotkey script to do this.
Maybe something like this:
!0:: ;Press Alt+0 to trigger Send ^a Sleep 100 Send ^x Sleep 100 Send ^1 ;This inserts the first AT hit Sleep 100 Send ^{PgUp} Sleep 100 Send {Space}{Left} Sleep 100 Send ^v
If you don't mind typing a bit, you can of course also get your AT content into your segment by using AutoSuggest.
