Urgent - Need second license 2014 - Upgrade does not work

Dear Trados Studio team,

although I have a Trados Studio 2014 Plus license, when trying to buy another license as an upgrade to 2014 the Shopping Cart claims that I have no license, and removes it. Live Chat is not available.

I have a deadline to meet on Monday, and therefore need this 2nd license urgently. My desktop is unavailable for de-activating.

To purchase an upgrade it shouldn't matter whether your licenses are in use or not. Maybe you're using a different email/account to access the shop?

I think Live Chat is only available Mon-Fri, so you'll have to wait until after the weekend. ▲ Collapse
