At some point in the future I am wondering if I will have to do a separate alignment from B>A if need be, or whether an alignment can be imported with the Source as Target and vice versa?

I'll have to see how I can get the IT department to allow me to use OpenExchange plug-ins - as our IT policy is particularly stringent - but I do like the look of AnyTM.
