TM file is corrupt SOS

Hi, please help me.
While working in the project, I went to Translation Memories and wanted to open my TM. However, an error popped up: Translation Memory file is corrupt. I can't open the file.
What do I do now? Are there any chances to get the content out of the corrupt file?

make a copy of your tmx-file before you do anything else

Was not able to get back earlier, Oct 30, 2014

as had to finish the work. I work in Studio 2011, so the last link provided by the Support did not work (it's meant only for Studio 2014). Someone was able to help me getting the corrupted file and rewrite it.
