reinstalling Trados

I had my computer worked on to remove viruses and Trados was removed. Now I try to re-download it from "my downloads" and instead of 360+ MB files I get much smaller ones, which won't open. The product is Trados Studio 2009 which I upgraded from 2007.
Reloading Trados must be common, but I haven't found anything in the Trados problem solver that helps me with this problem

OK, They've downloaded. It was a browser problem
