I'll look at it if I'm stuck for a term but, more often than not, it's usually Denglish in my main pair of German to English.

This is what surprised me about Linguee Feb 29, 2016

Many of the translations come from published documents for large companies that supposedly can afford in-house translators or pay large multilanguage translation agencies to do the job for them. The Spanish translations I have encountered are, for the most part, very literal and so poorly written.

I always find it interesting when a list of Eur-lex translations come up, each one of them different and of poor quality.

Linguee is the king of literal translations. If there is a literal translation, it will be there in the first 30 occurrences. Then, as of the 31st you may find something useful. Therefore, I use Linguee as the last choice, in case of desperation.
