I have several folders for each specialist subject: architecture, art, cosmetics, corporate bla-bla, dance, fashion, healthcare, miscellaneous, museums, music, sports gear, television, textiles, theatre, tourism Then I have a client folder within each of these, then a project folder for each project in the client folder Only problem is when clients send me stuff in more than one subject matter... or when subjects overlap, like when a tourist board sends me a text for a...
