Poll: Have you ever delivered a project to the wrong client?

Just this past Saturday Aug 5, 2015

I have an agency client that sends me a lot of work, each identified by a long string of numbers. I finished one project on Friday, received a new one Friday evening, and sent the first set of files instead of the new one. I guess I goofed up the numbers :/

But once, like others, I sent the wrong invoice to customer B). Embarassing, but to a certain extent, because customer B) had found my rates very expensive and at least those for customer A) were the same

I haven't done it so far (touch wood), but the thought terrifies me as it would be so easy to do.

I always open the files after attaching them to make sure they are what they are supposed to be, and I send them replying to the client's email, so no mistakes happen. I hope those precautions are enough for them to never happen

Same here. At least that's not one of the mistakes I've made over the years
