All the others, please be careful. You may be young now and choose non-ergonomic means to work with. But in a while, you'll regret it. We work more than 8 hours a day sitting down in front of a screen, typing on a keyboard. If we don't make sure we have the adequate seat, desk, keyboard, mouse, and if we don't observer our position all the time, we'll end up retiring at the age of 55.

ERGONOMY = Desk at the correct height. Screen at the correct height and distance from your eyes. Ergonomic keyboard, preferably. Chair in the correct height, soft seat, correct angles + YOUR correct position sitting on it. Support for your feet if you can't lay them flat on the floor.

Any other solution (table, sopha, bed, floor, etc.) is not egonomic and is certainly twisting your backbone.

And no, I don't really observe all these rules all the time, but I should.
