Yes, despite all the changes(rate, outsourcing, in sourcing, CAT Tools, etc). I still remember memories when I was first a local specialist medical doctor but it was only because of my previous work as a translator/interpreter have I been able to work abroad as a expat with a multilingual team of an international organization(United Nations) for several years until my retirement.
