Hi all,

My customer e-mailed me (in rar format) the file I had translated, after it is proofread by the reviewer. They want me to accept/decline changes made by the reviewer.

I extracted/unzipped and then imported the files (json.mqxlz and xlsx.mqxlz) within my previous project in memoq using the "Import Reviewed Document" function. However, during the import, it shows the error messages below and I can't see any changes made by the reviewer.(probably due to the error

However, during the import, it shows the error messages below and I can't see any changes made by the reviewer.(probably due to the error below) This will be my first review task on memoq. Would appreciate simple and step by step advice.

"Importing reviewed document...
Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Users\X550C\AppData\Local\Temp\uglyt\xl\sharedStrings.xml'.
An error occurred while trying to import the reviewed document. The most likely reasons are
- the selected file does not match the document format used when importing the original file, or
- the selected file is being used by an external program.

The operation has been completed with some errors."

TYPE:
System.Exception

MESSAGE:
Invalid document refrence.

Here is the solution Dec 27, 2016

Dear Zeki,

Click "Review > Track Changes > Custom" and then select the "Snapshot" (the doc version you sent to the client for the file to be reviewed/proofread).

Cheers
