What on earth do they think they need that for? On the other hand, perhaps that's where they ought to be looking for their translators. They may get less (sic) complaints than from a professional translators' portal.

I long for a "like" button--or even a ProZ-like "agree." Perfect answer--especially about the rates!
"Paypal ID" actually makes sense, if that's how they pay--but Facebook? I can't think of anything sillier than that, either. Might as well send along your Twitter, Instagram, and Vine IDs as well.

Please, provide your:
- daily output
- copy of your last invoice
- 22 references with full contact (or intact) details
- favourite font type
- voice type, indicating two octave range and comfortable "tessitura".
I personally think that Facebook account was actually optional.
P.S.
Only baritone translators will be engaged; those who can sing high B flat or above.
