Dear Colleagues,

I'd like to invite you to our 'BP16' international conference for freelance translators in Prague, taking place on 15/16 April next year.

BP stands for 'business' and 'practice', the twin guiding themes of the event. About half of the 30+ sessions will be on business aspects of freelance translation, while the other half will deal with more practical and technical issues.

The conference boasts a very strong speaker lineup: http://www.bp16conf.com/speakers/

The program is being published session by session; tickets will go on sale from next week.

On day zero (14 April) we will have an ATA certification exam, plus perhaps some workshops (to be confirmed later). We'll also have a sales workshop on Sunday (17 April) by Chris Durban.

Come and join us on this amazing event for professional growth and fun networking!

We have already had two successful conferences: BP14 in Budapest and BP15 in Zagreb, both with 150 attendees. Given the increased initial interest and word-of-mouth, I'm counting on at least 200 people in Prague, coming from over 35 countries around the world.

We'll have our networking dinner in the magnificent art nouveau Municipal Hall, while the farewell party will be right by Charles Bridge, with views over the castle.

See you in Prague!
