Buongiorno tutti,

la mia commercialista mi ha detto ieri che tutte le fatture che emetto devono essere sempre in italiano. Ho clienti che non parlano italiano e mi pare assurdo che devo mandargli una fattura che non riescono a capire. Come affrontate questo problema? Ha ragione la mia commercialista?

e hai risolto il problema. Io faccio così da oltre dieci anni e la commercialista mi dice che va benissimo.
Il contenuto della fattura lo lascio in inglese ad es. il nome del progetto, p.o. ecc.

Io ho sempre fatturato in inglese (e solo in inglese)e nessun commercialista mi ha mai detto che non è consentito.

Dubito che ci sia l'obbligo di fatturare in italiano fatture destinate all'estero.

La mia opinione è che la lingua della fattura (nonché l'impostazione) deve essere quella del paese in cui in contribuente risiede. In caso di un eventuale accertamento gli ufficiali non capiranno le fatture se non sono nella loro lingua.
