sto traducendo dei documenti dallo spagnolo all'italiano e mi sono ricordata della Convenzione dell'Aja. Ma essendo il cliente ormai trasferitosi in Italia vale tale Convenzione? Cioè, una volta tradotti i documenti bisogna andare in tribunale per asseverarli?

Apostille sull'originale

L'originale doveva essere apostillato o legalizzato nel Paese di origine e qui in Italia non devi fare altro che l'asseverazione. Per tutto quello che resta in Italia non devi passare dalla Procura per la legalizzazione o per la Apostille dopo la traduzione asseverata. Comunque tutto dipende dal tipo di atto. Ovviamente se l'originale non è un documento firmato da un funzionario pubblico non potevano apostillarlo nel Paese che ha emesso il documento.
