Wohin ist der Metatexis Support verschwunden?

Da gab es doch früher mal einen, oder? Und jetzt könnte ich ihn so gut gebrauchen. Oder weiß jemand, warum die MetaTexis-Shortcuts nicht mehr funktionieren? Kurzzeitig war MetaTexis bei mir ganz aus Word verschwunden, ich musste es erst wieder neu installieren. Aber jetzt funktionieren die Shortcuts halt nicht mehr.
Für irgend welche Hinweise wäre ich froh. (Ich habe übrigens noch Windows 7 und Word 2010.)

Auf der Webseite von Metatexis gibt es den Punkt "Support". Es wird ganz sicher keinen Support geben, von dem dort nichts steht ...

Webseiten von Herstellern findet man per Google. Und meist sogar ohne Google, wenn man versuchsweise www.firmenname.com (oder bei einem deutschen Unternehmen wie Metatexis) www.firmenname.de eintippt.
