I am in the process of picking a name, and I have shortlisted the ones in subject of this message. I would be grateful to know the precise meaning of each word, and how they would be used?
Best regards, Megan

I am not sure that Ezina or Anja are Arabic names (possibly Persian). Zohra or Zahra in Arabic means flower. It is written "زهرة" in Arabic.

Ezina has a connotation for grief/mourning.

Ezina - I suspect this is Al-Zaina الزينة which means good, nice or pretty (we live in a complex named A-Ziana -- الزينة, and Ezina is how many non-Arabic speakers pronounce it)
Anja -- no clue, might be Persian or Turkish, or not
Zohra زهرة means flower-- I used to know a Zohra when I was a child, it's a pretty name.

are you talking about عزينا من العزاء? Different spelling.... Very different from A-Zaina زينة is good... There are girls named زينة and مزينة both meaning pretty....
